- The candidate we are looking for should ideally be from a retail background with exposure to both traditional and digital marketing. This role includes all ATL, BTL and digital marketing initiatives for the brand such as PR, store events, Facebook & Google campaigns, CRM, and social media.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive retail marketing plan to drive traffic and sales across all retail channels, including online and offline
- Conceptualize and execute BTL marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic and acquire new customers, including events, activations, promotions and collaborations
- Implement digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic and acquire new customers across all digital channels including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM and online advertising
- Manage and execute in-store marketing initiatives to drive footfall and increase sales, including visual merchandising, store events, and promotions
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing initiatives effectively
Skills and Experience :
- 12+ years\' experience in lifestyle retail marketing and Brand Management
- Strong understanding of messaging (customer/influencer) and positioning
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent planning, time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously
- A hands-on, participative, leadership style that encourages creative problem solving
