Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for real estate projects (residential, commercial, or mixed-use).
Plan and execute property launch campaigns, promotions, and advertising activities.
Oversee digital marketing efforts including social media, website, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and online listings.
Manage traditional marketing such as print ads, hoardings, brochures, events, and site branding.
Generate and track qualified leads in coordination with the sales team.
Build and maintain brand identity and market positioning.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaigns.
Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team and external agencies.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
