Visit hospitals, medical colleges, and institutions to identify doctors seeking job opportunities.
Promote Center Point Hospital and available positions to potential candidates.
Facilitate communication between interested doctors and the hospital's Managing Director.
Maintain an organized database of contacts and outreach progress.
Represent the hospital professionally during all visits and interactions.
Monitor daily performance of PROs and telecallers; ensure outreach targets are met.
Attend telephonic queries from doctors and guide them regarding rates in coordination with the concerned authority.
Share patient updates with referral doctors and manage follow-ups post discharge.
Organize daily awareness camps and monthly special health campaigns.
Ensure hospital ambience and reception areas are welcoming, stocked with reading material, sanitizers, and water.
Maintain and manage printing materials like brochures, banners, leaflets, diaries, and calendars.
Take care of client gifts and festival giveaways (e.g., Diwali).
Prepare monthly marketing reports and submit to directors.
B. Digital Marketing
Create posts for important health awareness days (e.g., Kalnirnay, health days) and share on social media platforms.
Produce informative short videos or reels featuring doctors or hospital highlights.
Monitor Google reviews regularly and respond appropriately.
Review hospital screen videos and update with new content as needed.
Conduct monthly review and process payments for digital content creators.
Check hospital website daily for functionality.
Suggest monthly branding ideas for better hospital visibility (hoardings, radio ads, flex banners, metro branding, TV ads, etc.).
C. Documentation & Back Office
Guide patients' relatives regarding CM Fund, collect necessary documents, and submit forms to relevant authorities.
Conduct online Birth & Death registrations through CRS and generate certificates.
Supervise MRD department and guide MRD executives on proper record-keeping.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare/Marketing preferred).
1-2 years of experience in marketing, fieldwork, or hospital promotion (preferred).
Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Hindi/Marathi is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability and willingness to travel locally and nationally.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and organized.
