Our mission is to make accounting smarter, faster, and effortless for Indian businesses.Role Overview The Marketing Head will lead all marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in SaaS or software product marketing and be skilled in marketing strategies & client handling.Key Responsibilities 1. Marketing Strategy & Planning- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for the accounting software.- Define target markets, positioning, and go-to-market plans for product launch & feature updates.- Set annual and quarterly marketing budgets and KPIs.2. Brand Management- Strengthen brand positioning in the accounting software segment.- Develop consistent messaging, tone, and design across all channels.- Plan PR, partnership, and influencer initiatives to increase visibility.3. Product Marketing- Collaborate with product and sales teams to understand user pain points.- Create product brochures, case studies, explainer videos, and comparison sheets.- Drive feature adoption and customer education campaigns.4. Customer Acquisition & Retention- Design and execute campaigns targeting SMEs, accountants, and business owners.- Build customer engagement programs like webinars, referral campaigns, and loyalty initiatives.- Analyze user feedback and churn data to improve retention.5. Team Leadership & Collaboration- Build and manage a high-performing marketing team (digital, content, design, and performance).- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams for aligned growth.- Manage external agencies and vendors effectively.Key Skills & Competencies- Proven experience in SaaS or tech product marketing.- Hands-on experience in performance marketing, analytics, and automation tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.)- Creative thinker with analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
