Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

'o o Drive and Sustain Digital technologies / OT transformations in Product Manufacturing across 15+ plants of AFS.

Manage highly skilled MES, OT Network, OT Security and Software Product Development teams Leveraging technologies like MES, OT Security, Digital threads, Connected workforce, Industrial metaverse, Industrial Data Fabric, IE4 etc. Strengthen Operational Technology (OT) Network and OT security across manufacturing plants Collaborate with Technology partners, service providers and internal strategic Digital teams to drive digital initiatives Architect world class Digital Factory for brownfield and Green Field plants with right MES, Digital twins, 5G networks, Digital processes, VRs and IoT solutions. Spearheaded the implementation of cutting-edge AI/ML and camera vision-based smart models to transform Product & Manufacturing operations. Building Industrial AI platform for manufacturing Digitization of TPM, MAPS and MPDS for Manufacturing Manage annual CAPEX and REVEX budgets Strong understanding of IT solutions and IT infrastructures for Manufacturing Operations Ensure smooth operations of MES like Rockwell FTPC / DRONA Plan and prepare for Lighthouse factory assessment Collaborate with manufacturing leadership and key stakeholders to define, and implement digital interventions

Experience

20+ years of hands-on MES operations management with large organization with multiple shops, locations and multi variant models

Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) especially on Rockwell FTPC and any one leading MES product 20+ years of hands-on MES operations management with large organization with multiple shops, locations and multi variant models Strong knowledge of MBOM and its variants Hands on experience with Plant Simulation, Process planning, Process Simulation, VR/AR simulations etc. Cybersecurity in OT and IoT Software Product development for MES platforms and change management Understand of PLM (3DExperience, Teamcenter) and SAP Adoption of AI/ML in Manufacturing Equipement Integration, network connectivity, Databases in Manufacturing

General Requirements

Strong understanding of Automotive and Tractor Manufacturing Processes Building and implementing Digital Strategy Partner / Vendor Management Adoption of Cloud platforms Working with cross functional teams of Plants, Corporate IT and different Digital teams Supply Chain Management Knowledge
