Job Title: Mandate Head Location: Navi Mumbai (Head Office) Department: Sales Reports to: Chief Business Officer (CBO) Role

Overview The Mandate Head will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of exclusive developer mandates, right from acquisition to execution and delivery. This leadership role demands a blend of business development, P&L ownership, sales strategy, and developer relationship management. The incumbent will lead large multi-city sales teams, drive absorption for premium projects, and act as the strategic partner to developers for pricing, positioning, and go-to-market plans.

Key Responsibilities

1. Mandate Acquisition & Developer Relationship Management

Proactively identify, pursue, and acquire exclusive sales mandates from reputed developers across geographies. Build and sustain long-term C-level relationships with developers, acting as a trusted advisor and single point of accountability. Negotiate commercial terms, exclusivity agreements, and mandate structures to maximize business value.

2. Sales Strategy & Execution

Define and implement sales strategies to drive maximum absorption and ensure mandate success. Manage P&L for mandates, ensuring achievement of sales revenue and profitability targets. Leverage both direct sales channels and broker/channel partner ecosystems to drive closures. o Track project performance, monitor key metrics, and implement corrective measures in real time.

3. Team Leadership & Performance Management o

Lead and mentor large on-ground sales teams deployed across multiple projects and cities. o Build a high-performance culture through structured goal setting, capability building, and training. o Drive motivation and accountability across sales teams to achieve mandate objectives. o Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and strategy teams to ensure seamless project execution.

4. Market Intelligence & Advisory o

Conduct regular market research, competitor analysis, and demand forecasting to stay ahead of industry trends. o Provide developers with data-backed insights on pricing, positioning, marketing spends, and product strategy. o Anticipate risks and proactively recommend strategic interventions to developers for mandate success.

Customer Engagement & Experience

o Ensure a premium customer journey from lead generation to closure across all mandated projects. o Resolve escalations promptly and ensure developers' brand reputation is safeguarded. o Deploy initiatives to strengthen customer trust, improve satisfaction, and encourage referrals.

6. Business Growth & Expansion

o Continuously explore new developers, geographies, and segments to expand the mandate portfolio. o Partner with leadership to scale mandate business as a strategic revenue growth engine for PropertyPistol.

Key Requirements o

12-20 years of progressive experience in real estate mandate business. o Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role handling exclusive mandates. o Strong expertise in developer management, P&L ownership, and mandate negotiations. o Proven track record of delivering revenue targets across multiple large-scale projects. o Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. o Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, multi-city environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹280,000.00 per month
