Job Responsibility:

Project Planning from stage of commencement of contract until project execution and completion.

Quantify Project Site Budgets apportioned to this position.

Quantify any other relevant magnitudes to the position for e.g. Operating Costs, Asset Values, Inventory, Capex, etc.

Sound knowledge of MS Projects.

Good communication & interpersonal skills.

Direct Work relationship to Technical Head

Client interaction and On-going Co-ordination with Factory, Project Team, Estimation & Tendering, Purchase, Asset Management, Finance, HR and Business Processing for effective Project planning.

Authority & Accountability :

Budgeting for the project and forecasting cash flow requirements based on Purchase Order & Scope of work.

Detailed and In-depth study of the purchase order & scope of work at the start of the project.

Macro and Mirco planning of projects, assigning the project team with supervisor for individual activities.

Prepare the plan for Manpower, tools tackles, consumables list for the project & follow up with HR & Procurement team.

Preparation of fabrication drawings, Isometric drawings with the help of design department & providing it to factory or sites. Follow up for Scope with client as required.

Preparation of MTO / BOQ for the project, equipment & ensure its procurement well in advance. Set well defined targets with supply chain for timely supplies at the project site or factory.

Monitor, assess and report progress of project sites on daily basis ensuring responsibility & accountability to the project site team.

Assess the project progress on weekly basis & communicate to management for every site.

Plan for the special processes involved at the sites like welding, machining, handling of equipment & prepare method statements for the same.

Co-ordinate with the site in-charge, quality & safety officer for quality documentation, measurements & billing on a weekly basis.

Ensure machinery, power tools are handled properly during project execution & reconciliation of tools, tackles is done periodically.

Reconciliation of all material supplied (by RDE or client) at the end of the project.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?75,000.00 per month
