Holding a position on the Divisional Management Team, this senior level role is responsible for leading and managing Mumbai operations of the MCD. They will work under the direction of the Divisional General Manager, MCD, to lead and direct the Mumbai operations in order to drive and deliver profitable sustainable growth, alongside managing the day-to-day operational business.
The Head - MCD, Mumbai, will be expected to deliver and embed all relevant Sector and Unit strategies, working closely with the Head & Director, MCD, and establish an acute awareness of the local market environment and demonstrate sound business, financial and growth centred management.
They will be expected to act as an ambassador and voice for Mott MacDonald within the geography they operate, articulating and representing the brand, vision and value proposition, and be responsible for managing relationships and priorities.

Job Profile

• Develop and Facilitate Mott MacDonald\'s Management Consulting operations in Mumbai, by working with key stakeholders to develop strategic business plans and budgets. Provide strategic guidance and direction to ensure the Division\'s mission and objectives contribute to the overall strategies, in consultation with Head & Director, MCD.

• Manage and lead the Mumbai operations in compliance with established company policies and Business Management Systems, as well as ensuring compliance with all relevant legislations and regulations, to ensure the business is operating legally and to the requirements and directives of the Group
• Analyse the market conditions and identify opportunities for growth.
• Using an in-depth understanding of local market drivers and the competitive landscape to deliver Divisional strategic plans, and monitor progress against these to ensure the Division achieves its objectives and optimises financial performance and operational productivity.
• Open new work opportunities for the Division with selective focus
• Grow and nurture external relationships and build and maintain strong networks with key clients, business partners and competitors, driving strategic initiatives where appropriate and using networks to influence and impact the growth and direction of the business
