Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development.
Reporting to the Management.
Will head the entire HR department.
Main responsibility is to lead the Learning & Development function independently.
Need Learning & Development Specialist.
Should have imparted training across all levels with the organisation.
Should have trained at least mid and senior level Managers to impart technical and function training to their team members / departments members.
Should have implemented cross-functional training
Conducted training sessions on basic skills to behavioral training at all levels and can deliver on functional and technical topics with the help of the out-side trainers or internally with the respective Department Heads.
Identify Training needs + Designing Training Calendar + Training Budget + promote culture of capability up-scaling which leads to succession planning.
Should have handled other HR Business Partner / HR generalist role so that can lead, supervise and guide the other HR functions being the Head of the HR department.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
