Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Account Leadership- Lead the end-to-end account management strategy for Tier-1 publishing and academic clients.- Build and nurture CXO-level and senior stakeholder relationships (including SVP, VP, and functional heads in HR, procurement, and operations).- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new services to existing accounts.- Act as the escalation point for client concerns, ensuring proactive issue resolution.2. Revenue & Business Growth- Own P&L responsibility for key accounts, ensuring revenue targets and profitability metrics are met.- Develop and execute annual account plans with clear revenue, margin, and growth objectives.- Monitor market trends and competitive activities to adapt strategies for retaining and growing client share.3. Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration- Partner with internal teams (Operations, Product, Finance) to deliver on client commitments.- Drive collaboration with business development and solutioning teams for large-scale project bids.- Maintain continuous engagement with client-side decision-makers, influencers, and procurement teams.4. HR Project & Relationship Management- Collaborate with HR to implement client-specific workforce engagement and skill development programs where applicable.- Support HR-led initiatives impacting client accounts, such as staffing plans, training, and retention strategies for dedicated teams.5. Process Excellence & Delivery Management- Ensure operational efficiency and process adherence for account delivery.- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with clients and internal leadership.- Track SLAs, KPIs, and client satisfaction metrics to ensure high service standards.6.
