Job role:- Head investor relations

Qualifications:- MBA Finance (premium institute) or Chartered Accountant
Experience:- 10+ years
Investor Relations / Corporate Finance / Strategy
Experience of taking a company to IPO essential
Proven skills in managing Investor Relations,
Handling Analysts & Fund managers. (Both buy & sell side),
Conducting an evaluation of Proposals for Mergers/ Acquisitions / Joint ventures
Insightful exposure to the Equity Research domain and the ability to prepare various research reports
Highly Analytical
Possess excellent interpersonal, communication & organizational skills with demonstrated abilities in team management and relationship management
Budget :- up to 50 lacs

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9300,000.00 - 9400,000.00 per month
