Job Description

Brief Responsibilities:

- Leading Internal Control of both Finance and Operations

- Driving process excellence across the organisation

- Performing checks, process evaluation and enhancing effectiveness for all the processes including support functions

- Development and monitoring the process KPIs

- Preparation of financial models, forecasts, and budgets

- Conducting Root Cause Analysis for exceptions and driving the CAPA

- Developing MIS reports and associated presentations for Board

- Leading continuous improvement in the organisation through awareness sessions, process trainings, established quality tools

- Strategizing the technology adoption through automation, AI and other IT tools to lead the mission

- Coordinating with different departments and process owners

Qualifications:

- At least CA/ICWA/CFA qualified

- Proficient in necessary IT skills like- MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Visio, Projects, ERP systems, data analysis and financial modelling

- Working knowledge of process quality tools like 5 Whys, Ishikawa diagram, process maps, SIPOC, Control charts, Pareto etc.

- Techno-savvy with interest in modern technologies and applications

- Lean Six Sigma is highly preferred

- Knowledge of Indian Taxation System is desired

- PMP certification is desired

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Candidates with experience in Freight forwarding & logistics will be given preference

- At least 10-13 years of progressive experience with last 3 years in a managerial role

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
