We are seeking a highly accomplished professional with 10+ years of proven leadership across business strategy, service delivery, and organizational management to join us as Principal Consultant. This role functions as a strategic contributor to the organization--driving vision, operational excellence, client satisfaction, and business growth.
The Principal/Executive Consultant will be responsible for steering the organization towards sustainable success, aligning people, processes, and technology to meet client demands, optimizing internal efficiency, and delivering superior value.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Growth
- Act as the organization's strategic team leader, shaping direction, and execution plans from the directors.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth areas to strengthen the company's market position.
- Provide advisory inputs to the Directors on long-term strategy and organizational roadmap.
Client Service Delivery & Business Management
- Serve as the principal point of accountability assigned client engagements and global service delivery.
- Work closely with PMO and SD teams and assist the present senior leadership
- Ensure client requirements are met with accuracy, timeliness, and quality.
- Build and sustain trusted relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee customer accounts and take responsibility for service delivery and operational units.
HR, People & Organizational Leadership
- Lead end-to-end HR and talent management, ensuring recruitment, retention, and succession pipelines support business growth.
- Foster a culture of high performance, innovation, and accountability across teams.
- Mentor senior leaders and managers to strengthen organizational capabilities.
Governance & Operations Excellence
- Drive operational governance, ensuring compliance with legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
- Establish clear SOPs, metrics, and dashboards to measure performance across service, HR, and administrative functions.
- Ensure optimal use of resources and cost efficiency without compromising service quality.
