Position Summary:

As a

Head Hunting Specialist

, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent, particularly within the shipping and logistics industry. You will be responsible for identifying candidates with strong skills in the sector and effectively engaging them through proactive headhunting.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various roles within AWATAC Group. Utilize headhunting techniques to find candidates for niche roles, particularly in shipping/logistics. Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs. Manage job postings, interviews, and candidate engagement throughout the process. Maintain candidate database and market research to stay ahead in recruitment trends.

Requirements:

5-10 years of recruitment experience, preferably in shipping/logistics or related industries. Excellent communication and headhunting skills. Strong understanding of recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.). Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
