Independently handle recruitment (upto Sr level positions)

Induction process

Coordinate Training

Monitor Attendance tracking and payroll

Coordinate Appraisal process

Compliances and filing of statutory returns

Employee engagement

Desirable traits /attributes -

Good written & verbal communication skills (English, Kannada & Hindi).Capable of communicating independently with external agencies.

Requisite MS office skills

Experience in handling statutory compliances w.r.t factories act and S&E act

Willing to travel to sites
