Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Staffing
Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy across business verticals.
Build strong hiring pipelines through innovative sourcing and AI-based recruitment tools.
Drive leadership hiring and ensure timely staffing for key business needs.
Partner with external recruitment firms and staffing agencies.
2. HR Policy & Framework
Define, implement, and update HR policies aligned with organizational culture and legal compliance.
Establish performance management systems and role-career fit frameworks.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
3. Learning & Development (L&D)
Design and execute training and capability development programs across functions.
Partner with internal business leaders and external trainers to drive leadership and skill enhancement initiatives.
Implement measurable ROI-driven training frameworks.
4. HR Operations & Compliance
Manage payroll, statutory compliance, and employee benefits seamlessly.
Oversee HRMS implementation, digital tools, and AI-based solutions to automate HR operations.
Monitor attendance, leave, and employee lifecycle management.
5. Employee Engagement & Culture Building
Create a strong performance-driven, open, and collaborative culture.
Design and implement employee recognition and retention programs.
Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to leadership and employees.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience:
10-15 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
Industry Preference:
Staffing, Facilities Management, or Services-based companies (minimum 5 years).
Startup Exposure:
Hands-on experience in building HR functions within a startup environment.
Tech Proficiency:
Strong working knowledge of HRMS, payroll systems, AI-enabled HR tools, and data-driven decision-making.
