Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with overall business goals.
Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, and succession planning.
Build and maintain a strong organisational culture focused on performance and employee well-being.
Implement effective performance management systems (KRAs/KPIs/OKRs) and drive yearly appraisal cycles.
Oversee learning & development programs, leadership training, and capability-building initiatives.
Manage compensation and benefits, payroll accuracy, and incentive structures.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, audits, and HR policies.
Lead employee engagement initiatives to improve retention, morale, and workplace satisfaction.
Drive HR operations and systems (HRMS), ensuring accuracy of data and smooth daily processes.
Act as a strategic advisor to management on people-related decisions, organisation design, and workforce planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Strong understanding of labour laws, HR best practices, and organisational development.
Excellent communication, people management, and decision-making skills.
Proven ability to lead HR teams and partner with senior leadership.
Experience in a structured, growth-driven organisation (manufacturing/engineering/services preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and Google workspace
