Position: Head, Human Resource Management

Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer, Kido India

Organization: Kido International Preschool and Daycare, India

Location: Mumbai / Bangalore / Delhi

Our business is rapidly expanding and having the right people in the team is critical to our success. To that end, we are seeking an experienced Head of Human Resource Management for Kido, India, to manage our personnel and ensure that our human resources programs and initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned with our overall business objectives.

Job Role: * Understand the organization\'s goals and design a strategy for Human Resource Management that is aligned with the goals

  • Develop and implement policies, processes, training, employee benefits programs and other initiatives related to human resource management and development
  • Identify staffing and recruiting needs; develop and execute best practices for hiring and talent management and employee retention
  • Build, lead and manage a team that administers human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation and benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, recognition and morale, and training and development
  • Monitor and ensure the organization\'s compliance with central, state, and local employment laws and regulations; review and modify HR policies and practices to maintain compliance
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources management and collaborate with the senior leadership team to implement recommended changes in current practices
  • Develop and implement departmental budget
  • Facilitate professional development, training, and certification activities for staff; design onboarding programmes for staff
  • Conduct research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from the organization\'s human resource information system (HRIS); forecast staffing needs, develop and implement department budgets
  • Perform other duties as required
Requirements * Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business management or a related field
  • 8 - 12 years total work experience, with at least 4 years in a similar field
  • Experience in building and managing HR teams
  • Experience in staffing and recruitment at all levels
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and people skills
  • Deep knowledge of general human resources policies and labour laws
