Recruitment and Talent Management for factory including skilled manpower.
Oversee Performance Management System and Training and Development.
Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements .
Develop, review and update HR Policies and SOPs
Monitor HR metrics / KPI
Oversee office administration - Security , facility management
