Roles and ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership
Develop and implement the overall talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.
Drive long-term workforce planning, forecasting, and talent pipeline development.
Lead TA transformation initiatives, including automation and process improvement.
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Management
Oversee end-to-end recruitment across all levels: junior, mid, senior, and leadership hiring.
Ensure effective job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
Manage large-scale hiring drives, campus recruitments, and lateral hiring programs.
Build and maintain a robust database of candidates and recruitment partners.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and HR professionals.
Partner closely with business heads and department leaders to understand hiring needs.
Ensure timely communication and strong coordination between internal teams and external partners.
Employer Branding & Market Intelligence
Strengthen the employer brand through targeted strategies and outreach.
Maintain and expand relationships with recruitment agencies, colleges, and industry networks.
Conduct market analysis, salary benchmarking, and competition mapping.
Recruitment Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, labor laws, and organizational standards.
Monitor recruitment metrics (TAT, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, etc.) and prepare monthly/quarterly reports.
Implement best practices in diversity hiring and employee experience.
Key Skills Required
