About our client:
Our Client operates in the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry, with its headquarters rooted strongly in Singapore. It has its branches spread to more than 5 countries, providing employment to 250 people. Their core business is to represent their client in countries that they do not operate in, and market/sell their products for them. They have achieved a wide client base in a very short time, and are looking for new talent.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Process Setup:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment activities, with a special focus on field sales hiring (Medical Representatives, Key Account Managers, Technical Specialists, Sales Managers).
  • Build, implement, and continuously improve structured hiring processes and systems to ensure a strong, sustainable talent pipeline.
  • Partner with business leaders to anticipate manpower needs and align hiring strategies with business goals and growth plans.
Strategic HR Leadership:
  • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the organization's vision and growth plans.
  • Balance operational excellence with long-term strategic objectives.
Organizational Development & Culture:
  • Design and implement initiatives to nurture a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven work culture.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention through programs that motivate and inspire teams.
HR Operations & Compliance:
  • Ensure HR policies and practices are streamlined, compliant, and effectively communicated.
  • Oversee performance management processes and employee relations.
Change Management:
  • Champion transformation initiatives and guide the organization through periods of growth and change.
Requirements:
  • 10-15 years of HR experience with proven success in talent acquisition (especially field sales hiring) and process establishment
  • Experience from tier-1 medical device companies preferred; pharma/healthcare experience will be considered
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders
  • Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to HR challenges
  • Demonstrated ability to balance immediate execution needs with long-term strategic goals
