Training and Development:
Identifying training needs, coordinating workshops, and supporting professional development.
HR Administration:
Managing HR data, updating HR policies, and maintaining employee records.
Compliance Monitoring and Reporting:
Monitoring regulatory changes, conducting compliance audits, and reporting compliance issues.
Policy Development and Implementation:
Creating, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Collaboration and Communication:
Working with other departments, including legal and IT, to ensure compliance and support HR initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
