The Role:
The right candidate will possess a background with demonstrated experience leading simultaneous initiatives as well as extensive experience across the breadth of Human Resources workstreams.
The incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategy in support of the overall business plan and provide strategic direction to the organization, specifically in the areas of change management, talent management, talent acquisition, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation.
Job Brief:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Head to ensure smooth and effective operation of HR functions.
The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing and developing HR strategies and providing sound advice to senior management on all HR-related matters.
This position is directly responsible for leading HR Managers of all acquired entities of Rossari and indirectly responsible for all employees within the organization.
The candidate should be able to lead HR integration programs and possess a strong strategic mindset.
The goal is to ensure that all HR needs of the company are being met and aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on support and project management in all HR matters for all phases of the M&A process, from due diligence through integration and ultimate transition to business HR teams.
Drive integration activities, including job levelling, together with other relevant HR functions. Ensure hiring, onboarding, and management procedures are standardized and effective for all acquired entities.
Lead Employer Branding efforts.
Lead and supervise HR leads of all businesses. Develop HR strategies and effective policies for all entities.
Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards.
Update senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics.
Ensure tools, best practices, and lessons learned are documented and communicated within internal HR teams.
Requirements and Skills:
Proven experience as HR Head of an organization with manufacturing and sales divisions is a definite advantage.
Experience in strategic planning.
Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
Thorough knowledge of HR management principles and best practices.
Strong business acumen partnered with attention to the human element.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Diligent and firm with high ethical standards.
MBA in Human Resources from a reputed institute.
