Job Description


  • HR strategy, Leadership and compliance
  • Provide leadership and direction to the HR and Payroll wherever in HR, teams across the region to ensure consistent HR practices and policies
  • Provide counsel on employee relations strategy, including investigation of issues, compliance with legal requirements, and disciplinary actions
  • Develop and implement local and corporate HR policies, ensuring compliance with state/government programs
  • Employee Relations and Engagement:
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment across the region, promoting employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts in a fair and consistent manner, following company processes and procedures
  • Talent Management:
  • Oversee talent acquisition and recruitment processes to ensure the region attracts and retains top talent.
  • Develop and implement talent management programs, including succession planning, career development, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Performance Management:
  • Oversee the performance management process, ensuring regular performance reviews and feedback are conducted.
  • Develop and implement performance improvement plans and support managers in addressing performance issues.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across all countries in the region.
  • Introduce and execute corporate and country policies, including the Code of Conduct
  • If needed collaborate with Trade Unions and Work Councils
  • Manage HR-related risks and ensure the company is protected against potential legal issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regional HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • Conduct regular reviews of compensation structures to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Organizational Development:
  • Lead organizational development initiatives to drive cultural change and improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Support business transformation and change management efforts across the region.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting:
  • Track key HR metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Use data and analytics to drive HR decision-making and continuous improvement.

  • Health, Safety, Environment and Security
  • Support HSE initiatives to raise standards, implement policies, and handle specific cases
  • Corporate and Regional activities
  • Actively support projects and activities with regional or corporate scope
  • Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role managing multi-country responsibilities.
  • Excellent written & oral communication
  • Proficient Microsoft Office
  • Strong knowledge of local labour legislation /location country/
  • Experience with Workday (WD) desired
  • Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Passionate with HR with strong business orientation
