Experience: 15-20 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role as a Head of Human Resources.

Creative, smart, and intelligent with a dashing personality.
A knack for learning and adapting to new challenges.
Demonstrated ability to create and maintain higher morale within an organization.
