Key Responsibilities:



Define and execute

HR and operational strategies

in alignment with business objectives. Lead

talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development

initiatives. Establish and monitor

operational SOPs, process improvements, and efficiency metrics

. Oversee

administration, facilities, vendor management, and operational budgeting

. Ensure compliance with

labor laws, statutory regulations, and internal governance

. Partner with leadership to support

business expansion, restructuring, and change management

. Drive

employee engagement, productivity, and performance culture

. Manage cross-functional coordination to ensure

on-time project and service delivery

. Lead, coach, and develop

HR and Operations teams

. Track KPIs and present

management reports and insights

to leadership.

Skills & Competencies:



Strong leadership, planning, and execution skills. Excellent understanding of

HR strategy and business operations

. High problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capability. Ability to manage multiple functions and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:



MBA / Master's degree in

HR, Operations, or Business Administration

.

6-10 years

of experience in HR & Operations roles. Experience handling

senior-level HR responsibilities

and cross-functional operations.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
