Job Description


**Job Title:** Hospital Administrator, Human Resources, and Head of Operations **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Administrative Management:** - Supervise and coordinate various administrative functions, including finance, billing, admissions, and facilities management. - Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and protocols to enhance operational efficiency. - Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies. 2. **Human Resources Management:** - Oversee all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and compensation. - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to attract, retain, and motivate a skilled workforce. - Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a timely and fair manner. 3. **Operational Management:** - Collaborate with department heads to optimize hospital operations and improve patient care processes. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess hospital performance and identify areas for improvement. - Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase revenue. 4. **Financial Management:** - Prepare and manage the hospital budget, ensuring financial sustainability and responsible allocation of resources. - Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed. - Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with financial regulations. 5. **Quality and Patient Care:** - Work closely with medical staff and quality assurance teams to maintain high standards of patient care and safety. - Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction. - Ensure adherence to evidence-based practices and regulatory requirements related to patient care. 6. **Stakeholder Engagement:** - Build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders (staff, physicians, board members) and external partners (patients, regulatory agencies, vendors). - Represent the hospital in community events and foster a positive public image. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. - Several years of progressive experience in healthcare administration, human resources management, and operations. - Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and industry best practices. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to make strategic decisions and lead teams effectively. - Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and data analysis. **Certifications (Optional):** - Healthcare Administration Certification (e.g., ACHE, HFMA) - Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb935,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb970,000.00 per year Ability to commute/relocate:
