Qualifications
Post Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of HR departmental experience with at least 3 years as head of department. (manufacturing/retail industry is preferred).
Thorough understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Proven track record in managing recruitment and selection processes.
Experience in employee relations and performance management
