Responsibilities



Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Manage the recruitment and selection process. Conduct employee orientation and training programs. Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts. Administer compensation and benefits programs. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Oversee performance management and appraisal systems. Maintain HR records and prepare reports as needed. Foster a positive and productive workplace environment

Qualifications



Post Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of HR departmental experience with at least 3 years as head of department. (manufacturing/retail industry is preferred). Thorough understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Proven track record in managing recruitment and selection processes. Experience in employee relations and performance management

Skills



HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems). Microsoft Office Suite. Recruitment, selection and Employee relations. Performance management. Compensation and benefits administration. Compliance with labor laws and Hands-on experience in EPF/ESI matters. Conflict resolution, Training and development
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
