The ideal candidate will build strategic partnerships, optimize inventory, and enhance customer experience across hotel and holiday offerings.
Key ResponsibilitiesHotels & Holidays Business Management
Own the end-to-end strategy and performance of the Hotels & Holidays vertical.
Drive revenue growth, margins, and market share across hotel and holiday products.
Build and manage domestic and international hotel supply and holiday package portfolios.
Supplier & Contracting
Lead hotel contracting, negotiations, and rate parity management.
Manage relationships with hotels, DMCs, aggregators, and other vendors.
Ensure competitive pricing, availability, and inventory accuracy across platforms.
Product & Pricing Strategy
Design and launch attractive domestic and international holiday packages.
Optimize pricing, promotions, markups, and discounts to improve conversions.
Collaborate with tech and product teams to enhance hotel content, search, and booking experience.
Revenue & Performance Optimization
Track and analyze KPIs including GMV, margins, conversion rate, cancellations, and customer satisfaction.
Implement strategies to reduce cancellations and increase repeat bookings.
Work closely with marketing teams on campaigns, offers, and seasonal promotions.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Coordinate with Tech, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Customer Support teams.
Support automation of contracting, inventory loading, and holiday workflows.
Ensure compliance with internal processes and industry regulations.
Team Leadership
Build, mentor, and manage the Hotels & Holidays team.
Set targets, review performance, and foster a high-performance culture.
Required Skills & Qualifications
4+ years of experience in the OTA / Travel & Tourism industry (Hotels & Holidays preferred).
Strong understanding of hotel contracting, pricing models, and OTA operations.
Experience managing holiday packages, suppliers, and DMCs.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and scaling businesses.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience with hotel CRS, channel managers, or OTA platforms is a plus.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA / Postgraduate degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or Management.
Experience working with Indian and international hotel suppliers.
Exposure to data-driven decision-making and performance dashboards.
