Lead and manage the graphic design team and assign tasks effectively Develop and maintain brand identity, visual standards, and design guidelines Conceptualize and execute creative designs for digital, print, branding, and marketing campaigns Collaborate with marketing, content, video, and product teams to align visuals with business goals Review, approve, and ensure quality control of all design deliverables Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and agencies when required
