Experience :

13- 20 yrs

Education:

Masters in Marketing, Business Administration from recognized institute.

Location

: Chennai

Responsibility:

Develop and implement strategies to enhance franchise performance. Collaborate with franchisees to ensure brand consistency and adherence to standards. Monitor financial performance and implement improvements to achieve business goals. Identifying, evaluating, and appointing new franchise partners and dealers to expand the distribution network. Leading and motivating franchise teams to achieve sales and operational targets. Developing and fostering positive relationships with franchisees. Conducting regular performance assessments and implementing improvement plans. Collaborating with other departments to drive overall business success. Developing and executing strategies to increase franchise profitability. Monitoring and analyzing franchise performance metrics. Providing guidance and support to franchisees on operational issues. Implementing marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility. Ensuring consistent implementation of brand standards across all franchises.

What we expect ? :

Proven experience in franchise management or a related field of business. Excellent leadership and communication skills. (English & Hindi Must) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Understanding of business operations and financial management. Conduct regular visits to franchise locations, evaluating compliance with brand standards and operational guidelines Collaborate with franchisees to develop local marketing strategies that increase brand visibility and drive sales. Monitor franchise performance metrics and provide actionable insights to franchise owners for improvement. Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships, Should travel across Pan India Business Centers for Business engagement, People Engagement, business Retentions and More on... Facilitate communication between franchisees and the corporate team, addressing concerns and providing support as needed

Preferred Background:

General Insurance / Banking / NBFC industry.
