Role Overview



The

Head - Food Operations Department

will:

Lead the

food production and service operations

across the campus Manage and monitor

kitchen staff, cooking schedules, and quality control

Oversee

inventory, procurement, and kitchen budgets

Ensure

food hygiene, safety standards, and compliance

Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager & Admin team to achieve operational excellence
