Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Finance, located in Coimbatore. The Head of Finance will oversee the financial health of the organization by managing financial planning, preparing financial statements, leading budgeting processes, and ensuring adherence to financial regulations. They will also be responsible for financial reporting, analyzing financial data, and offering strategic insights to support organizational goals.

Qualifications

Proficiency in preparing and managing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting Strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and support strategic decision-making Expertise in Finance and Budgeting for effective resource allocation and financial planning Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial compliance standards Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or professional certifications like CA/CPA/CMA is a plus) Proven experience in a leadership role managing financial operations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
