Key Responsibilities
Define and implement the organization's overall financial strategy aligned with business objectives
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
Oversee accounting operations, statutory audits, and accurate financial reporting across entities
Ensure compliance with taxation laws, statutory requirements, and financial regulations
Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost-optimization initiatives
Provide financial insights, risk analysis, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
Manage banking relationships, funding arrangements, and financial negotiations
Support business expansion, investments, and financial risk management initiatives
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance and accounts team
Candidate Profile
Qualified
CA / CMA / MBA (Finance)
8-15 years of experience in senior finance or leadership roles
Strong expertise in accounting, taxation, financial controls, and regulatory compliance
Proven experience handling audits, financial statements, and management reporting
Proficient in accounting systems and advanced
MS Excel
Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic decision-making abilities
Excellent communication skills with experience working with senior stakeholders
