Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute

Head - Finance & Accounts

to lead and strengthen the finance function across our group entities. This strategic leadership role will be instrumental in driving financial governance, business performance, and long-term growth while partnering closely with senior management.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Finance & Business Partnering

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational objectives and growth plans Act as a trusted financial advisor to leadership through insightful analysis, MIS, and performance metrics Lead annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning processes

Financial Operations, Compliance & Governance

Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including financial reporting, audits, and statutory compliance Ensure adherence to accounting standards, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements Strengthen internal controls, governance frameworks, and financial risk management

Cash Flow, Cost & Capital Management

Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support business operations and expansion Drive cost optimization and margin improvement initiatives across business units Handle banking relationships, funding arrangements, credit facilities, and financial negotiations

Leadership & Team Management

Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance and accounts team Establish performance benchmarks and promote best-in-class financial practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable timely, data-driven business decisions

Candidate Profile

CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) with strong academic and professional credentials 8-12 years of progressive experience in senior finance leadership, controller, or head-level roles In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, audits, and statutory compliance Proven experience managing complex financial operations and supporting business growth Strong proficiency in ERP systems, accounting software, and advanced MS Excel Excellent leadership, analytical, and strategic decision-making skills
