About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Head - Finance to lead our financial governance, reporting, compliance, and operational excellence. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate financial closures, driving compliance across statutory frameworks, and enabling scalable finance systems to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Monthly Closing2. Quarterly Closing3. Annual Closing4. Compliances5. Audit Coordination6. Stakeholder Partnership7. Process ExcellenceRequirements Ensure monthly closure as per the closing calendar. Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet (BS), Cashflow statements, variance analysis, and other reports as per management formats. Oversee operations including Order to Cash (O2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P) processes. Prepare quarterly financial results, segment reporting, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for related party transactions. Prepare Advance Tax and Provision for Tax. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external auditors for timely and accurate submission (handling Big 4 auditors will be an added advantage). Prepare and review Annual Financial Statements complying with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS). Coordinate with external auditors for smooth audit processes. Prepare and review other financial reports as required. Ensure compliance with: Companies Act, 2013 Income Tax Act, 1961 Goods and Services Tax (GST) Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for better understanding and uniform practices. Liaise with internal teams and external auditors (including Big 4) to ensure timely completion of audits and submissions. Collaborate with leadership and internal stakeholders to provide financial insights that support decision-making and strategic planning. Develop and maintain SOPs to ensure consistency, compliance, and efficiency in finance processes. Chartered Accountant (CA) - mandatory. 8-10 years post-qualification experience in financial reporting, compliance, and operations, preferably in a listed company. Proven expertise in financial closures (monthly, quarterly, annual) and preparation of statutory financial statements under Ind AS. Strong exposure to O2C and P2P processes. Experience in quarterly results preparation, related-party compliance, and regulatory reporting. Track record of handling statutory audits with Big 4 or equivalent firms. In-depth knowledge of Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, and LODR. Proficient in MS Excel for financial analysis and modelling. ERP experience essential, SAP preferred . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
