We are looking for a

senior embedded systems professional

to lead the

technical vision, curriculum design, and lab strategy

for our upcoming Embedded Systems Training Institute.

This is a

leadership role

, responsible for building

industry-aligned, job-oriented embedded programs

from the ground up, covering

core embedded systems, IoT, RTOS, and automotive embedded fundamentals

.

The role goes beyond teaching -- it involves

architecting learning pathways

, defining

hardware and lab standards

, and ensuring our programs produce

industry-ready embedded engineers

Required Skills & Experience Technical Skills (Mandatory)

Strong experience in

Embedded C

Hands-on with

Microcontrollers (ARM Cortex-M / STM32 preferred)

Solid understanding of: GPIO, Timers, Interrupts ADC, PWM Communication protocols (UART, I2C, SPI) RTOS fundamentals (FreeRTOS or similar) Debugging using hardware debuggers (JTAG / ST-Link) Embedded firmware architecture concepts

Domain Knowledge (Good to Have)

IoT systems (ESP32, MQTT, Wi-Fi) Automotive embedded fundamentals: CAN basics ECU architecture AUTOSAR concepts (architecture-level, not tool-based) Industry development practices: Datasheet reading Version control (Git) Documentation standards

Experience

8-15+ years

of experience in Embedded Systems / Firmware Development Experience in

product development, R&D, or industrial projects

Prior experience in: Mentoring engineers Training / knowledge transfer
(formal teaching experience is a plus, not mandatory)

Education

B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech in: Electronics Electrical Embedded Systems Mechatronics Related disciplines
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From ?15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 14 per week
