Head of Supplier Quality Assurance (Electrical & Electronics - Power electronics (BMS,VCU), wiring harness, switches, ECUs, infotainment system, cluster, sensors)\xe2\x80\xa2 Key Result Areas (Accountability & Role Responsibility):Improving processes and products to attain benchmark qualityExcellent ability to create and execute project plans to meet KPI objectives.Regularly review products and process as per authorized PPAPs of Passenger car Electrical & Electronics -Motor, Power electronics (BMS, VCU), Wiring harness, Switches, ECUs, Infotainment system, Cluster, and Sensors.Conduct a DFM / DFA study on the new design, assist suppliers in selecting appropriate tools, fixtures, and gauges, and assist them in various builds (from prototype to mass production) for the propulsion system parts - motor, battery, and power electronics (BMS, VCU).Throughout new product development, review the state of product and process quality and implement corrective measures as needed.Approve the PPAP for new components, subassemblies, and assemblies that meet the specified quality level.Create methods and practices to eliminate early supplier part failures in new products.Examine the development of achieving process capability of CTQ parameters in supplier component manufacture regularly.Assist in analyzing and resolving important product and process issues for field returns and assembly complaints of Electrical & Electronics supplier parts.All supplier components\' production standards must be reviewed and maintained.Ensure the availability of all essential IMTEs for manufacture, as well as their calibration and MSA study.Ensure that the monthly Supplier Performance Scorecard is created and that additional SQA Quality Performance metrics are followed, with appropriate steps taken if there is a gap.Develop and mentor supplier quality engineers and associates for increased system and personnel effectiveness and efficiency.Train and train team members in quality tools and procedures (with a particular emphasis on statistics application) for effective and systematic issue-solving and prevention.Analyze and execute customer complaints, and warranty returns, and ensure corrective actions on Supplier goods and processes are completed on time and a consistent basis.Organize the Monthly Quality Review with Company Electric\'s suppliers and promote the closure of open points.Ensure complete compliance with the IATF 16949 QMS System in all daily management operations.Essential QualificationsHandling Electrical & Electronics - Power electronics (BMS,VCU), wiring harnesses, switches, ECUs, infotainment system, cluster, sensors.Excellent problem-solving skillsExperience with supplier capacity evaluation, APQP process implementation, and PPAP approval for components, assemblies, and so on is required.Thorough understanding of industrial techniques such as stamping and welding,Should be able to work well in groups and communicate well.
