Job Description

Strategic Leadership:

Define the R&D strategy for electrical and electronics systems, aligning technology roadmaps with company goals and industry trends in aerospace.

Technical Oversight:

Oversee the entire lifecycle (concept to prototyping) of power conversion systems, avionics, and embedded systems.

Innovation & Advanced Technology:

Drive innovation in high-frequency power electronics, battery management systems (BMS), electric motors, and fly-by-wire controls.

Certification & Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure all designs meet strict aviation standards (e.g., FAA/EASA Part 23/25, DO-160 EMI/EMC compliance, DO-178C).

Team Management & Mentoring:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of senior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.

Budget & Project Management:

Manage R&D project portfolios, including budgets, resource allocation, and timelines for deliverables. Industrial Development - Electical & Electronics capabilities.

Pay: ?100,000.00 - ?150,000.00 per month
