Analyze data and generate performance reports to optimize conversion, reduce bounce rate, and boost ROI
Coordinate with marketing for
campaign planning, SEO/SEM, and social media integration
Ensure timely execution of order fulfillment, packaging standards, and customer satisfaction
Establish strong presence in
marketplaces
, including seller central operations, product ranking, and ad campaigns
Requirements:
Minimum
8-15 years of experience
in leading e-commerce business operations (preferably in FMCG or retail segment)
Strong expertise in
Shopify
platform and marketplace sales
Proven track record of scaling online sales and managing large-scale product listings
Hands-on knowledge of
digital marketing, analytics tools
, and e-commerce automation
Excellent leadership, analytical, and team management skills
Willing to travel and coordinate across regions when required
Preferred Skills:
