Qualifications BAMS & MD (Ayurveda) Clinical Experience: 4 to 5 years Salary ?40,000 - ?45,000 per month Attractive Incentives based on performance
Key Responsibilities
1. Patient Examination & Diagnosis Conduct detailed clinical examinations Review medical histories and identify health conditions Perform diagnostic screenings and health assessments
2. Treatment & Patient Care Administer Ayurveda-based therapies tailored to diagnosis Guide patients on lifestyle, wellness, and prevention Offer emotional support and clarity during treatment Evaluate and explain treatment outcomes
3. Follow-Ups & Patient Retention Achieve 50% minimum patient conversion rate monthly Meet monthly targets for new enrollments and re-joins Conduct 40 follow-up calls daily (via receptionist support)
4. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate, up-to-date consultation notes Ensure proper record-keeping for treatment continuity
5. Clinic Operations Collaborate with clinic team for smooth operations Comply with protocols and clinic SOPs Participate in internal training and development sessions Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Patient Conversion Rate: Minimum 50% monthly Daily Follow-Up Calls: 40 calls per day Target Achievement: Meet/exceed monthly goals Patient Satisfaction: Maintain top-tier care and feedback Treatment Effectiveness: Demonstrate positive health outcomes Apply Now: 84228 63329
