Head - Digital Marketing (META & PPC Specialist)

Location: New Town, Kolkata Salary: ₹55,000 - ?65,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

Head - Digital Marketing

to lead our online growth strategies. The ideal candidate will be a

specialist in META Ads (Facebook/Instagram)

and

PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Display, etc.)

, with a strong track record of delivering ROI-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute

META Ads & PPC campaigns

to drive leads and conversions. Optimize campaign performance through

A/B testing, keyword research & audience targeting

. Manage campaign budgets and ensure

ROI optimization

. Analyze performance metrics using

Google Analytics, SEMRush, and other tools

. Lead and mentor the digital marketing team. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for seamless campaign execution.

Requirements

10+ years of experience

in digital marketing, with proven expertise in META & PPC Ads. Strong knowledge of

Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and online media buying

. Experience with

CRM & marketing automation tools

. Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills. MBA/PG in Marketing preferred.
