The Digital Marketing Head - Retail is responsible for planning and leading all digital marketing activities to increase brand visibility, store footfall, and online sales. This role focuses on driving customer engagement and revenue through effective digital strategies for retail products.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for retail business
Lead and manage the digital marketing team
Oversee SEO, SEM, social media, email, and paid advertising campaigns
Drive online sales and support offline store promotions
Manage e-commerce platforms and marketplace marketing (if applicable)
Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI
Manage digital marketing budget and vendor coordination
Work closely with sales, merchandising, and creative teams
Requirements:
Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in retail
Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media, and analytics tools
Experience in handling promotions, offers, and seasonal campaigns
Good leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
