Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
Design and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals to drive growth, lead generation, and brand awareness.
Leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and forecast trends specific to the EdTech sector.
Team Leadership:
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing digital marketing team, ensuring collaboration and innovation.
Set clear KPIs for team members and ensure continuous performance improvement.
Performance Marketing:
Plan, implement, and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
Optimize the cost per lead (CPL) and improve return on investment (ROI).
Content Marketing & SEO:
Oversee the creation of engaging and educational content tailored to the EdTech audience.
Drive organic growth through effective SEO strategies, keyword optimization, and blog/article management.
Brand Building & Social Media Management:
Enhance brand visibility and reputation through innovative social media campaigns and engagement strategies.
Monitor and respond to social media trends and ensure a strong presence across platforms.
Marketing Automation & CRM:
Implement and manage marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) to streamline campaigns and track performance.
Ensure effective use of CRM for lead nurturing and retention campaigns.
Data Analytics & Reporting:
Regularly track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.) to provide actionable insights.
Collaboration & Partnerships:
Work closely with product, sales, and content teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Build partnerships with industry influencers and educational organizations to expand reach.
Qualifications & Skills:
Educational Background:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience:
Proven track record in managing large-scale digital marketing campaigns in the EdTech space.
Expertise in performance marketing, SEO, and social media management.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in marketing tools like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, HubSpot, SEMrush, and CRM platforms.
Strong understanding of web analytics, data visualization, and A/B testing.
Leadership & Communication:
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
