The Head - Sales & Digital Marketing will lead the end-to-end growth, demand generation, and revenue strategy for the organization's EdTech and LMS offerings. This role requires a strategic growth leader with deep understanding of EdTech sales cycles, digital acquisition, counseling-led conversions, and scalable revenue systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Growth Strategy & Revenue Leadership
Own enrollment, revenue, CAC, LTV, and ROAS targets
Define digital growth roadmap aligned with business goals
Budget planning and ROI optimization
2. Digital Marketing & Lead Acquisition
Performance marketing across Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn
High-intent lead funnel creation for K-12, test prep, upskilling
Campaign execution for launches and seasonal admissions
3. Sales Funnel, CRM & Conversion Optimization
Manage full funnel from lead to enrollment
CRM optimization (Lead Squared / Zoho / Salesforce / HubSpot)
Improve counseling conversion ratios
4. Brand, Content & Organic Growth
Website, landing pages, social, email & WhatsApp journeys
Outcome-driven messaging and trust-building communication
5. Team Leadership & Collaboration
Build and manage high-performing digital growth teams
Coordinate with Academics, AI Media, Product & Tech teams
6. Analytics & Reporting
Real-time dashboards and performance reporting
Funnel analysis and optimization
Qualifications and Experience
8-12+ years in Digital Marketing / Growth / Revenue roles
3-5 years in leadership (EdTech / LMS / SaaS preferred)
Strong experience with large media budgets
