Purpose of the Role

AdventuRush is a new start-up initiative by Mahindra, that launched in Aug 2022.
AdventuRush is a booking platform for verified adventure experiences, with a quest to help people discover and experience safe adventures and help the adventure tourism industry reinvent itself through technology - www.AdventuRush.com
Being primarily an online platform, this job opening is for one of the most important roles in AdventuRush - Head of digital marketing.
AdventuRush is looking for a dynamic leader with a preferrable background or affinity towards Travel &Tourism and Hospitality, with minimum 8-10 years of experience, who is a self-starter and can help build achieve Business OKRs. If selected, you will get an opportunity to be part of a highly empowered leadership role, driving OKRs in a 0 to 1 story & growth thereof, for a startup within one of the largest Indian conglomerates.

- Your primary responsibility as head of digital marketing will be to plan, strategize & execute integrated digital marketing campaigns for driving business and brand awareness, engagement, consideration and enquries based on business KPIs.
- Another key responsibility will be to deliver high quality content to be used on website, communication assets and social media channels.

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • Develop annual digital marketing and campaign strategy aligned to marketing objectives by studying market insights, competition data and identifying future trends
  • Responsible to ensure stakeholder readiness & execution of media plan ( paid owned earned), social & content strategy, Lead flow & LMS, remarketing using Martech tools, Analytics and reporting tools, SEO, ORM
  • Responsible for presenting adventure experiences in an attractive and effective manner where the information is consumable and understandable by customers
  • Responsible for effective content across all customer touchpoints - website, communication assets and social media channels
  • Responsible for conducting surveys and research to understand customer and their needs
  • Identify new and best technology, practices and initiatives across the digital space - creative, media, data & tech
  • Measures and reports performance of overall and key digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs) - weekly, monthly, quarterly
  • Look after budget efficiency and planning, operations & timelines for all key digital projects
  • Providing constant feedback on improvements needed on experiences and driving the changes with operations team and product development teams

Critical Experiences

8-10 years of experience in all aspects of digital marketing with an ability to judge campaign ideas and self drive campaigns executions on tight timelines. A working knowledge of all front end and backend involving media plan ( paid owned earned), social & content strategy, sitecore based website, Lead flow & LMS, remarketing using Martech tools, Analytics and reporting tools, SEO, ORM

Education Qualification

MBA in Marketing. Graduate in IT will be an advantage.

General Experience

8-10 years of experience in Digital Marketing - agency side preferably in Tourism/ Hospitality/ Lifestyle/ Dot com/ Technology
