About the Role:We are hiring a growth-focused Digital Marketing Head to lead full-funnel marketing execution across inbound, outbound, advertising, content, events, automation, and brand strategy. This leadership role involves managing a high-performing team, optimizing marketing performance, and owning lead generation and revenue contribution. The role also includes direct client-facing responsibilities-offering marketing consulting, campaign planning, and strategic execution to drive client growth.Key Responsibilities:- Design and execute end-to-end marketing strategies across digital channels (SEO, PPC, social, ABM, email).- Lead content marketing, automation, outreach, and lead nurturing campaigns.- Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta platforms.- Oversee MarTech stack: HubSpot, GA4, GTM, Smartreach, Apollo, Clay, and others.- Build multichannel outbound sequences using LinkedIn, email, and CRM workflows.- Organize webinars, digital events, and brand-led community campaigns.- Manage and mentor cross-functional marketing teams across SEO, PPC, content, and operations.- Present strategic insights and performance reviews to internal and client stakeholders.- Own key metrics: CAC, CPL, ROAS, SQLs, MQLs, and pipeline performance.Must-Have Experience & Skills:- 10+ years in digital marketing with proven leadership experience.- Strong expertise in inbound/outbound marketing, SEO, paid media, ABM, and automation.- Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, Smartreach, Clay, Mailchimp.- Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics and marketing attribution.- Proven client management skills with a track record of strategic growth delivery.- Excellent communication, analytics, and team-building capabilities.
