Job Summary

We are a 36 year old located in Bangalore.

We are starting a new factory for HPDC, GDC and LPDC in Narsapur Industrial Area, Kolar which is about 50 kms from Bangalore

We have an opening for a hands on Die Casting Head to manage and be wholly responsible for the die casting activities of this new plant. Apart from setting up the green field project and being responsible for machine selection and layout and Production activities, the person will also contribute towards Business Development and ensuring a modern die casting plant.

Responsibilities and Duties

Die Casting expert in HDPC. Should possess very thorough knowledge of HPDC, die design, die maintenance, machine maintenance. This is a Must. Requires knowledge of GDC and LPDC as well Green field experience to set up a factory Lean manufacturing Product Costing and methods of cost monitoring and control Improved productivity and OEE Modernization of the plant, IOT experience Responsible for System and IATF documentation Business development is a plus

Required Experience and Qualifications

Min 25 years experience in Die Casting Min 3 years experience in running Operations of the company Diploma/ Graduate degree Good communication and English and Hindi skills must Knowledge of special processes like Heat Treatment, Shot Blasting Must have excellent 5S skills
