Key ResponsibilitiesEngineering & Design

Lead and mentor the in-house design & engineering team.

Create mechanical design concepts and DFM specifications for PPE products.

Collaborate with toolmakers and production teams for prototype and production readiness.

Integrate ergonomic, safety, and durability aspects in product design.

New Product Development (NPD)

Identify market needs and translate them into product opportunities.

Plan and execute NPD roadmap aligned with business goals.

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure time-bound and cost-effective product launches.

Material Expertise

Select appropriate materials (plastics, metals, textiles, etc.) for PPE components.

Collaborate with vendors and QA teams for material evaluation and compliance.

Compliance & Certifications

Ensure designs meet national and international PPE standards (IS, EN, ANSI).

Coordinate with third-party labs for product testing and certification.

Innovation & Patents

Drive innovation in product design, comfort, and usability.

Identify opportunities for IPR/patents on proprietary designs and features.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?1,200,000.00 - ?1,500,000.00 per year
