Location: Navi Mumbai

Reporting To: Executive Director

Experience required: 2-4 years

About the Role We are looking for a dynamic Head of D2C to lead and scale our direct-to-consumer business. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in launching and growing online brands in India, a deep understanding of consumer behavior, and strong expertise in digital marketing and growth hacking. This is a leadership role in a fast-paced startup environment, demanding strategic vision, execution excellence, and the ability to multitask while leading a creative team. Key Responsibilities ? D2C Business Leadership o Own and drive the end-to-end D2C business strategy and execution of the organization. o Build and scale brand presence across digital platforms and marketplaces. o Drive consumer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven decisions. ? Digital Growth & Marketing o Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads. o Leverage consumer insights to design campaigns tailored for Gen Z and millennials. o Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring strong ROI and CAC control. ? Brand & Creative Strategy o Collaborate with the creative team to deliver compelling content, campaigns, and brand storytelling. o Guide use of creative tools (e.g., Canva, video editors, design platforms) for impactful consumer engagement. o Ensure consistent brand voice and positioning across all channels. ? Team Leadership o Lead and mentor a small creative and marketing team. o Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture. o Manage external agencies and partners as needed. Requirements ? Proven track record in launching and scaling a D2C brand in India. ? Strong grasp of consumer behavior trends. ? Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and digital analytics tools. ? Knowledge of marketplace platforms listing and ad runs preferred. ? Creative mindset with ability to guide content, campaigns, and storytelling. ? Familiarity with creative/design tools (e.g., Canva, Sora,Adobe Suite). ? Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. ? Experience managing teams in a startup environment is a plus. KPIs / Success Metrics The Head of D2C will be evaluated on: ₹ Revenue Growth - Achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets. ? Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) - Reducing CAC through optimized campaigns. ? Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) - Driving strong ROI across digital marketing channels. ? Conversion Rate - Improving website/app conversion performance. ? Repeat Purchase Rate (RPR) - Building loyalty among Gen Z and millennial consumers. ? Organic Growth - Increasing brand visibility through SEO and community engagement. ? Team Performance - Effectively leading and scaling the creative/marketing team. What We Offer ?
